Online casino survey results

21. September 2010

In an interesting survey commissioned by the leading online casino, Inter Casino, it was found that many Brits would go to extreme lengths to get their hands on a cool million. The survey was run to celebrate the £1.025 million milestone reached by Millionaire Club progressive slot game's ever-growing jackpot. The survey's mission was to study the attitudes of 2,000 people to getting rich - and the results were amazing.

Firstly, it seems that sex is of less importance to Brits than was previously believed. A whopping 49% of those asked said that they would gladly give up sex for a year in exchange for the prize money. Not so surprisingly, 45% of men said that they would be willing to sleep with a stranger to win the money, while 17% of women said that they would. Only a third of those who responded to the survey said that they would be willing to close their Facebook account in return for the jackpot prize.

A spokesperson from the casino said: "In these cash strapped times, many of us would go to great lengths for the chance to become millionaires. The nation's obsession with social networking, however means that many of us would prefer to put our sex lives on hold rather than risk missing out socially by quitting sites such as Facebook."

Other mentionable facts which emerged from the survey. For instance, 17% of men said they would cheat on their partners to get rich and only 7% of women would do the same. Men are twice as likely as women to agree that they would stop at nothing to win the cash. Most women prefer JK Rowling's modest lifestyle compared to the style adopted by Posh Beckham and Paris Hilton.
